bindCommerce s.r.l. will participate in Logivery's capital increase

The management of bindCommerce s.r.l. confirmed its willingness and commitment to participate in the next capital increase of Logivery s.r.l.

bindCommerce has been committed, since its foundation (2014), to the research and development of a technological platform dedicated to the integration between commercial platforms. In 2020 it started the development of a new platform, created to extend the functionality of its historic platform, integrating shipping services (express couriers). The same technological heart was chosen to develop the third version of the platform around which the company has been managing its services for 10 years.

bindCommerce s.r.l. proposes to participate in the capital increase by joining the shareholder structure of Logivery s.r.l., making a contribution in kind consisting of the source code of the platform (and related economic exploitation rights), which Logivery will be able to freely evolve according to its needs.

The project envisages that the synergy between the companies can continue with an operational and commercial collaboration. Logivery will in fact be able to make use of the technical collaboration of bindCommerce to manage integrations with sales channels not yet directly integrated. bindCommerce will be able to make use of the logistics services (possibly Green Label certified) offered by Logivery, through its marketplace. Both companies will benefit financially from the collaboration by joining their respective affiliate programs.

Logivery management has deemed it convenient to use the current state of the art of the aforementioned platform as a starting point for the development of its own Logivery platform. Starting from this technological base would in fact save at least 2 years of work for the Logivery team, who will be able to immediately dedicate themselves to the specifics of their project (marketplace logistics and green label
