Privacy Policy
Under the national and European privacy regulations (GDPR | General Data Protection Regulation), we disclose the methods of processing data handled by our company, in relation to the type of data.
Data Ownership
Logivery s.r.l. is the owner of personal data related to potential customers, clients, partners, suppliers, employees, collaborators, and any other party with whom Logivery establishes a direct relationship, collecting personal data from such individuals and providing them with this information, for which Logivery requests authorization for processing.
The collection of personal data from such individuals may occur through electronic means, such as completing contact forms or receiving emails addressed to our company's personnel.
Logivery s.r.l. is not the owner of personal data collected through the Logivery platform, as it does not have a direct relationship with the data subjects (customers of our users). For such data, Logivery acts as a joint data controller.
Joint Data Controller Responsibilities
One of the purposes of the Logivery service is to integrate heterogeneous computer systems in the post-sale phase, transferring order information from sales platforms (eCommerce CMS, marketplaces, etc.) to logistics service systems (e.g., WMS and shipping management systems).
The architecture of the service involves storing such data (personal information of our users' customers and their online purchases) in our computer systems and maintaining them for the time established by integration processes suitable for our users.
With respect to such personal data, Logivery is a joint controller, although not the sole owner.
The rights to be guaranteed to data subjects (including information before collection, information about the existence, rectification, partial or total deletion - right to be forgotten, etc.) must be managed by the data controller, who can perform necessary maintenance actions (such as modification and deletion) in a "self-service" mode through the system interface for data stored on Logivery.
Data Protection Officer
The Data Controller's structure has a Data Protection Officer (DPO).
The DPO is available for any information related to the processing of personal data by Logivery s.r.l., including the list of those responsible for processing data.
The appointed DPO is Eng. Paolo Tateo, and you can contact him by writing to:
Purposes of Processing
Your data will be processed for operational and commercial purposes: to respond to your request for information or service, to provide the service itself, and subsequently to update you on Logivery's news.
Communication of Data to Third Parties
Data may be processed by designated agents appointed by the controller for service delivery; these agents will be selected from collaborators who, in various capacities, perform tasks for Logivery: employees, project collaborators, occasional collaborators, external consultants, or personnel designated by partner companies to which specific tasks may be delegated.
Your data may also be communicated, in your potential interest, to partner companies that manage services integrated or to be integrated by Logivery in the future, both for technical reasons related to service delivery and to inform you about commercial opportunities, such as optimizing your orders, placing your products in new markets, using new means, or tools that increase visibility or enhance the relationship with your customers and potential customers.
The communication of your data to partner companies refers only to your contact information (company name, address, websites, contact person, telephone and email contacts) and which computer platforms are in use (e.g., eCommerce CMS, management systems, and marketplaces). Under no circumstances will confidential information about your business be transmitted.
The data of your users (customers receiving fulfillment and shipping activities) will never be communicated to third parties.
Measures for Data Protection
Processing will be carried out applying suitable protection measures, both when they are processed electronically and when they are processed on paper.
Data Breach
Our policy provides that any violation of personal data (which accidentally or unlawfully leads to the destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure, or access to transmitted, stored, or otherwise processed personal data) will be communicated to the external data controller (service user and any partner companies, such as marketplace managers) within 72 hours of discovering the violation.
Regarding personal data where Amazon is the data controller (data related to orders from Amazon), any violation will be reported to Amazon within 24 hours of discovery, and the form and content of the communication to the competent authorities will be agreed with Amazon, in compliance with the document "Amazon MWS Developer Guide » Data Protection Policy".
Duration of Processing
Unless the data subject explicitly requests deletion, data collected by Logivery is kept indefinitely, adopting appropriate safeguard measures for their protection.
Regarding personal data from Amazon, these will be kept only for the time necessary for the purpose of processing, and in any case, no more than 30 days after the shipment of orders.
Optional Provision
The provision of your data is optional; however, if you do not provide your data, we will not be able to provide you with the service or send you the aforementioned commercial information.
Rights of Data Subjects
You have the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning you. You also have the right to obtain information about: a) the origin of personal data; b) the purposes and methods of processing; c) the logic applied in case of processing carried out with the aid of electronic tools; d) the identification details of the data controller, data processors, and the designated representative; e) the subjects or categories of subjects to whom personal data may be communicated or who may become aware of it as designated representatives in the territory of the State, data processors, or persons in charge, etc.
Furthermore, you have the right to obtain: a) updating, rectification, or, when interested, integration of data; b) the deletion, transformation into anonymous form, or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which the data was collected or subsequently processed; c) certification that the operations referred to in letters a) and b) have been brought to the knowledge, also as regards their content, of those to whom the data has been communicated or disclosed, except in the case where such fulfillment proves impossible or involves a use of means manifestly disproportionate to the protected right.
Additionally
You have the right to object, in whole or in part: a) for legitimate reasons to the processing of personal data concerning you, even if pertinent to the purpose of collection; b) to the processing of personal data concerning you for the purpose of sending advertising or direct sales material or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.
